You are responsible for conducting your own due diligence before engaging any builder. This includes verifying their licences, insurance, references, and suitability for your project.

No Guarantee of Builder Quality

We make no representations or warranties regarding the quality, safety, legality, or suitability of any builder's products or services. Any transaction or interaction between you and a builder listed on our Site is solely between you and that builder.

We are not a party to any agreement you may enter into with a builder, and we accept no responsibility for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from such agreements.

Builder Listings

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
